Considered Candidates will have the following:

- CDA Level II Certification (preferred)
- Heart for Service
- Professional communication skills with patients and colleagues
- High standard of infection prevention/control and clinical skills
- Desire to grow as a professional and take on new skills
- Possess a team mindset and inspire positivity
- Basic comfort/literacy with technology
- Self-motivated with an outgoing, friendly disposition
