Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are a welcoming and dedicated office that provides our patients with outstanding care and positive experiences.

SCHEDULE

35 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Every other Friday 7:30 AM-1:00 PM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1-2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate

Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset
