Intercity Dental Centre is looking for a dependable, caring person to join our team as a part-time Dental Sterilization Technician. We welcome applications from personal support workers and others with healthcare experience. Dental experience is not required; we will provide training for the sterilization role.

You will help keep instruments clean, organized, and ready for patient care. Your careful work will support a safe, comfortable experience for our patients.

What you’ll do

- Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments according to office procedures
- Prepare supplies and help keep treatment areas ready for patients
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures
- Work closely with the dental team to keep the day running smoothly

Who we’re looking for

You are reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.



You enjoy working with a team and are comfortable learning new procedures in a busy care setting. PSW or other healthcare experience is an asset, but is not required.

Hours and prospect to grow

Our clinic is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m., with lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This position will begin with part time shifts during those hours, with the potential to become full-time based on performance and practice needs.

If you are interested in dental assisting, there may also be opportunities to learn appropriate chairside support duties with training.
