Perfectly Designed Events is a full service Wedding & Event Planning company based in London, Ontario.

We are looking for a detail oriented and high energy individual to join our team as a Part-Time Design Assistant & Event Day Assistant. This is a Part-Time casual role with 10-15 hours per week, and the potential to grow into a permanent position with additional hours. Hours are determined based on our event planning workload.

The Design Assistant is responsible for updating our website, assisting with event design & stationery design, managing rental & floral quotes, keeping up with current trends, and helping the team come up with current/fresh ideas. The Design Assistant works directly with our Design Specialist & Brand Specialist.

In-office work will take place at our studio in Byron, with the flexibility to complete some work at home.

Event Day Assistants are required to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario to be on-site at each event. The ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly is required.

This position is perfect for you if:

- You have strong visual design skills. Past experience in interior design, event design, graphic design, visual merchandizing is an asset, but not mandatory.
- You have past experience in a creative environment




- You have an eye for design, detail and symmetry
- You are able to follow instructions & maintain procedures
- You are able to remain calm under pressure
- You work well in a collaborative team environment
- You love Pinterest and TikTok and know all the current trends
- You have weekend availability during peak wedding season (May - October), and day time availability throughout the week
- You have access to a reliable vehicle and are open to traveling for event days (we operate through all of Southwestern Ontario)
- You have access to a reliable and fast-working computer, with a mouse.
