Position Overview

Explorer Software is looking for a skilled, highly organized DevOps Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our DevOps, Support, Onboarding, Sales,



and Management teams for Eclipse, our construction accounting ERP solution. You’ll track development initiatives, manage project timelines and priorities, coordinate escalations, and keep stakeholders informed with clear visibility into project progress. By keeping development efforts focused on the highest-priority work, you’ll help connect technical teams, leadership, and customers. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented qualified who thrives managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a collaborative remote environment.

‍ Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate with the DevOps teams to track project progress, milestones, and timelines
- Help prioritize development efforts based on business needs, customer commitments, and organizational objectives
- Provide regular status updates and project visibility to management and leadership teams
- Communicate with customers regarding project status, timelines, and development-related initiatives
- Manage and coordinate escalated customer issues, tickets, and project requests
- Monitor development workloads and help identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between DevOps, Support, and other internal teams
- Track action items and project deliverables, and follow up on outstanding development tasks
- Help improve project tracking, communication processes, and operational efficiency across teams

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, software development coordination, technical operations, or a related role
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in Business, Information Technology, Project Management,



or a related field
- Experience using project management, ticketing, or work tracking systems
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, management, and customers
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
- Experience working with software development, technical support, or IT teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment

- Experience working with ERP, accounting, construction, or enterprise software solutions
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and release processes
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and communications
- Experience tracking project metrics, timelines, resource allocation, and project reporting

Competitive Compensation

- CAD $65,000–$85,000 / USD $65,000–$85,000, based on experience
