Role Description The Direct Sales Manager is a full- or part-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Pathway to Possible Consulting’s client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting services to individuals and organizations seeking personal and career development.



The role involves managing the sales pipeline, tracking metrics, and consistently following up to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in personal development and providing service to others.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening in client interactions.
- Proven ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets in a virtual setting.
- Experience in coaching, consulting, personal development, or professional training is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic productivity software to manage sales activities and reporting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and aligned with Pathway to Possible Consulting’s mission of helping individuals grow and thrive.

Location:This is a remote role but the successful candidates must reside in Canada.
