Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis functions to drive informed executive decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment across high-rise development projects.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting teams,



ensuring strong internal controls, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Partner with operations and project leadership to optimize job costing, project profitability, and working capital.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, insurers, and legal counsel.
- Support M&A; analysis, capital structure planning, and long-term financial modeling as the company scales.

Skills and Experience:

- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within the construction or real estate development sectors.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate across departments.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven success in developing financial strategies that align with corporate goals.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction-focused accounting software (e.g., Jonas, Sage) and financial systems.
- Education & Credentials: CPA designation required, with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
