The Director, Strategic Advisory serves as a senior leader accountable for driving business growth, owning complex client portfolios, and leading high-performing teams through transformative change. Operating at a program level across multiple concurrent engagements, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping program direction, building governance frameworks, and influencing decisions at the executive level. You bring deep expertise in organizational change management, organizational design, business transformation, and leadership transformation, applying them to drive measurable impact for clients and the broader practice.

Job Requirements

Business Development & Solution Design: Skilled at identifying growth opportunities, owning proposal development, designing compelling solutions, and building trusted relationships that expand client portfolios and contribute to revenue growth.

Program-Level Engagement Delivery: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-workstream client engagements from scoping through execution, managing resources, mitigating risk, and maintaining quality and client satisfaction at scale.

Change Management & Organizational Transformation: Deep expertise in change management methodologies, business transformation, and organizational design practices, with a track record of designing and executing strategies that drive measurable improvements in employee experience and business outcomes.

Leadership Transformation: Strong grounding in leadership effectiveness and leadership transformation practice, with the ability to design and support programs that build leadership capability within complex organizations at scale.

Impact & Influence: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance through presence and influence, not positional authority alone.

Strategic Client Partnership: Strong relationship management skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders, shaping program direction and influencing key decisions.

Human-Centered Strategic Thinking: Advanced ability to apply human-centered design principles to complex organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and develop cutting-edge strategies that balance business objectives with human needs.

Thought Leadership & Communication:



Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling thought leadership, frameworks, and content that enhances the team's market positioning.

Adaptive Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated agility in navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and working effectively across teams, including project management teams, design, and delivery partners to leverage diverse expertise and drive results.

Language Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to operate in both written and spoken Spanish with professional level proficiency (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Portfolio Growth: Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, leading proposal development, designing high-impact solutions, and delivering compelling presentations to senior prospective clients.

Program-Level Engagement Delivery: Oversee multiple complex client engagements simultaneously, ensuring delivery excellence, profitable outcomes, and client satisfaction. Accountable for scope management, resource allocation, risk escalation, and quality across workstreams.

Change Management & Organizational Transformation: Design and lead change management, business transformation, and organizational design strategies that enable sustainable organizational change, resulting in measurable improvements in employee engagement, change adoption, operating model effectiveness, and business outcomes. Bring scalable frameworks and methodologies that can be applied across client engagements.

Leadership Transformation: Design and lead leadership transformation strategies and capability-building programs that strengthen how client organizations develop, structure, and deploy leadership talent, drawing on expertise in organizational psychology, leadership effectiveness, and change leadership practice.

Team Development & Organizational Health: Build and develop high-performing teams through structured feedback, clear expectation-setting, and active investment in each team member's growth.



Advocate for team visibility and recognition, and contribute to the health of the broader organization through mentorship, recruiting, and knowledge sharing.

Innovation & Strategic Thought Leadership: Champion new ways of working, piloting improved frameworks, methodologies, and tools that advance both client outcomes and practice capability. Collaborate with colleagues to develop insights, frameworks, thought pieces, and case studies that strengthen the Human Experience team's market positioning.

Job Benefits

Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $135,000 to $160,000 CAD annually.
