LutherCare Communities seeks a Disability Support Worker to join our Group Home team, ensuring personal care and safety for residents and implementing individual lifestyle plans.

Responsibilities include resident care, programming, and home maintenance, with shifts that cover days, evenings, and weekends. A Grade 12 education and Food Secure Certificate are required; Sign language is a plus, and Basic Skills Training is provided by LCC.
