Status: Full-time, day, evening, and weekend shifts

Salary: $21.12 per hour

Reporting to the executive chef, the dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of the kitchen by washing dishes, kitchen utensils, and keeping various work areas clean.

Main responsibilities

- Ensure washing, rinsing, and disinfecting of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of washed items.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Clean floors, walls, and equipment according to established hygiene standards.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
- Ensure recycling of recyclable materials according to hotel policies.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean and safe working workplace.
- Report any malfunction or issues with dishwashing equipment and collaborate with the technical team for repairs and maintenance.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good physical endurance to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality and hygiene standards.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities.
- Team spirit and good communication to collaborate with other kitchen staff members.





Languages: Fluency in French is required. Proficiency in any other languages is an asset as we serve an international clientele.
