Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to ensure cleanliness and availability for food preparation.
- Maintain a tidy work area by cleaning counters, sinks, floors, and storage spaces regularly. Attend the front desk after 10 pm.
- This job is for night shift from 7pm to 2am
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen staff with meal assembly and plating when needed to ensure timely service.
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling of food items and sanitation procedures.
- Restock supplies like utensils, napkins, and ingredients to keep the kitchen well-organized.




- Help with waste disposal and recycling efforts to maintain an environmentally friendly workspace.

Skills

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Robust understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
