– DISPATCH / FORKLIFT DRIVER

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator and Forklift Driver to join our team. This role is vital in managing the efficient movement of goods and materials within our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with transportation management systems, and experience in shipping & receiving processes.

Duties

- Coordinate and monitor transportation activities using Transportation Management System It’s Dispatch and Loadlink.
- Manage shipping & receiving operations, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, verifying documentation, and tracking shipments.
- Maintain effective communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Oversee freight documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping labels.




- Assist in inventory management by coordinating shipping schedules and ensuring proper receipt of goods.

Requirements

- Forklift experience considered an asset
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret logistics data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy to maintain precise records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling. This role is integral to maintaining efficient supply chain operations through effective coordination, communication, and data management. Pay: $18.06-$24.64 per hour
