We’re looking for someone who’s confident behind the wheel and not afraid to jump in and help on site.

You’ll be driving our Dodge Ram 2500 truck + 16 ft' enclosed trailer (15K lbs range) to job sites and helping our insulation crew get the work done right.

What we need from you:

- Proven experience driving heavy truck + large trailer
- CLEAN driving record is a MUST
- Positive, outgoing team player
- Comfortable, aware, and careful backing into tight sites
- Clean driving record/driver's abstract required *
- Willing to work and help on the crew (not just drive)
- Physically fit and able to bend/lift heavy materials when assisting the crew
- Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment.
- Assist with other tasks as directed by the lead installer.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Basic understanding of tools and construction practices (required).
- Comfortable working at heights when necessary.
- Physical fitness for lifting, climbing, crawling and standing for long periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Insulation experience is an asset

Spray Foam Insulation:

- Prepare and cover areas on job sites to protect surfaces.
- Clean up job sites and maintain cleanliness throughout the project.
- Clean studs and assist with managing the spray foam hose.
- Support the lead installer and pay attention to job-specific details.

Blown Cellulose Insulation:

- Assist with attic venting and poly ceiling installation.
- Winterize and dam attic hatches as needed.
- Load and count cellulose bags to ensure proper materials are on-site.
- Perform detailed clean-up after each job.

Batt and Poly Insulation:

- Install batt insulation accurately and efficiently.
- Caulk, tape, and staple poly materials as required.
- Vent cathedral ceilings when applicable.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
