Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Driver to join our team, dedicated to providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients, staff, or goods efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients, staff, or goods across designated routes and schedules
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and loading or unloading luggage or cargo as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections and reporting issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, or team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance logs for compliance and reporting purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, attentive,



and responsive to passenger needs

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children or in senior care environments is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities; fluency in Spanish and English preferred to serve diverse communities effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with passengers and team members
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
- Ability to teach safety procedures or provide guidance when necessary
- Writing skills for completing logs, reports, or documentation accurately
