Duties

- Measure, cut, install, and secure drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
- Finish drywall surfaces by taping, mudding, sanding, and applying textures for a flawless appearance
- Perform construction painting to prepare surfaces for final finishes and touch-ups
- Apply caulking around joints, fixtures, and seams to ensure airtight and water-resistant finishes
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
- Use carpentry skills to frame openings, install trims,



and make necessary adjustments for perfect fitment
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to ensure smooth surface finishes and adherence to safety standards

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, carpentry, and blueprint reading
- Handyman experience or related skills that demonstrate versatility on job sites
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in finishing work
- Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and work at heights as needed
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance
