Duties

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with Flight.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive caregiving practices.
- Maintain open communication with families regarding children's progress and daily experiences.
- Observe and document children's developmental milestones to tailor activities and support individual needs.




- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met through proper supervision and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational approach aligned with early childhood education best practices.

Experience

- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued.
- Strong background in early childhood education principles and guidance strategies.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members through compassionate communication.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and developmental guidelines relevant to early childhood environments.

Pay: $16.82-$19.33 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
