Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a love for learning. This role requires excellent communication skills, classroom management, and the ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through engaging activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
- Maintain organized classroom records, including attendance, developmental milestones, and activity logs
- Incorporate special education strategies when working with children with disabilities or special needs
- Utilize computer skills for documentation, lesson planning, and communication purposes




- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with licensing regulations and best practices

Skills

- Proficiency in English
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
- Familiarity with special education techniques and working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation
- Effective time management to balance lesson planning, instruction, and assessment tasks
- Leadership qualities to guide children’s learning experiences confidently
- Writing skills for maintaining accurate records and communicating progress reports
- Computer operation skills for lesson planning software, documentation systems, and communication tools
