About Us:

Curious Kids Daycare is a licensed childcare facility located in the beautiful Southeast community of Legacy and Shawnee Park. We provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for children aged 12 months to 5 years. Our mission is to support early learning by promoting academic development, life skills, and meaningful relationships with caring adults.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the Curious Kids family from the very beginning and play a key role in shaping a high-quality learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional care and supervision for children ages 1–5 years
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Assist with eating, diapering, toileting, and dressing as needed
- Plan, implement, and document play-based learning activities
- Support all areas of child development through intentional programming
- Maintain open,



professional communication with families and the Director
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace
- Assist with daily housekeeping tasks such as classroom cleaning and kitchen duties

Qualifications:

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic team player
