Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and express themselves freely.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation and tailored caregiving strategies.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records to inform ongoing educational planning.
- Engage in caregiving activities such as feeding, diapering, and comforting to meet each child's individual needs with patience and compassion.




- Collaborate closely with families to share insights on their child's development and provide guidance on fostering learning at home.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.

Experience

- Proven experience working with young children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage group activities and foster positive behavior.
- Experience working with children who have special needs or disabilities, applying inclusive teaching practices.
- Strong background in early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members through effective communication and empathy.
- Prior experience in caregiving roles that require patience, attentiveness, and active engagement with children.
