Become an essential part of the Edmonton Police Service as a full-time Data Processing Clerk.
Your role will focus on handling confidential charge reports and support justice effectively. As a Digital Media/Traffic Disclosure Clerk, you will ensure timely preparation and distribution of critical documentation for court processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary, along with professionalism and sound judgment when managing sensitive information. Collaboration with various EPS departments and the Crown Prosecutor’s Office is key. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare charge reports for electronic distribution
- Liaise with law enforcement and legal authorities
- Search and manage secure databases efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
- Conduct general office activities including inquiries Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in data entry or processing
- Completion of 12th grade or relevant business training
- Technical proficiency with various software systems
- Knowledge of court procedures is beneficial
