We are currently seeking two responsible and supportive Educational Assistants to join the team at Consort School. The successful candidates will demonstrate a robust interest in working with children, a friendly and approachable nature, and a high degree of sensitivity to diverse student needs, including supporting students who may require additional guidance with self-regulation and engagement.

These are two part-time positions, each at 0.4 FTE, commencing as soon as possible, with a schedule of 12 hours per week. The Educational Assistants will provide in-class support to enhance student learning and well-being, working collaboratively with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The roles require strong communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with students and staff.





The successful candidates will be expected to present themselves as organized and professional members of the school community in all interactions, whether in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, particularly in supporting a range of student learning and behavioral needs, would be considered an asset.
