Matrix HR is actively seeking Journeyperson Electricians and Registered Apprentices (1st through 4th year) for ongoing commercial projects in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team on long-term projects with competitive wages, a night shift premium, and overtime opportunities.

What We Offer:

- Journeyperson rate of $42.26/hr plus 15% night shift premium on all applicable hours

- Apprentice wages based on year of apprenticeship and experience, plus 15% night shift premium

- Vacation pay of 8%

- 40 hours per week expected, with overtime available based on project requirements

- Sunday through Thursday night shift schedule (typically 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

- Paid travel and additional compensation may be available depending on project requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform commercial and industrial electrical installations

- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics

- Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment

- Complete renovations, upgrades, and new construction electrical work

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as required





- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications

- Maintain a safe and organised work setting

Qualification/s:

- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification, or registered electrical apprenticeship (1st through 4th year)

- Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience

- Valid Working at Heights certification

- AWP, MEWP, or equivalent lift certification

- Own harness with lanyards

- Reliable transportation to the Saskatoon site

- Ability to work night shifts on a Sunday through Thursday schedule

- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

- Experience with renovations and new construction is considered an asset

- Additional site-specific safety certifications may be required
