Prestige Homes, a division of the Shaw Group, is seeking motivated individuals for Electrician roles, ranging in experience from Electrical Apprentice to Red Seal Electrician , to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Sussex, New Brunswick.

These roles are ideal for skilled tradespersons who value safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork in a stable, professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently as needed.
- Install wiring, control systems, lighting, and electrical panels.
- Test electrical systems and continuity using testing devices.
- Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code, provincial regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational schedules and production goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- Robust understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, materials, and tools.




- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- 2+ years experience working in Electrical, or as an Electrical Helper.
- Block 1 (or more) of Electrical and/or Skilled Trade Qualifications are preferred.
- Valid Red Seal Carpenter certification (Interprovincial Endorsement) is an asset.
