Embroidery & Garment Printing Production Associate

Hartty Clothing is looking for an Embroidery & Garment Printing Production Associate to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and are excited to learn how custom garments are made, we’d love to hear from you.

Previous embroidery or printing experience is welcome, but it is not required. We will provide training.

Responsibilities

- Learn to operate commercial embroidery machines and heat press equipment
- Prepare garments for embroidery and apply DTF transfers
- Follow work orders to check artwork, sizing, colours, quantities, and placement
- Monitor production and ask questions when something does not look right
- Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy
- Trim, fold, count, and organize garments and completed orders
- Help prepare orders for pickup or shipping
- Assist with basic equipment cleaning and keep the production area organized
- Work with the team to complete orders on time

What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Comfort working with your hands, computers, and production equipment
- The ability to follow instructions and take care with customer garments
- Good organization when working on multiple orders
- Reliability, punctuality,



and a positive approach to teamwork
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of garments as required

Experience with embroidery, garment printing, sewing, heat presses, CorelDRAW, Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, or similar work would be an asset, but we encourage interested applicants without this experience to apply.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time to full time, depending on workload

Location: Salmon Arm, BC – In person

Wage: Starting at $20/hour, based on experience

Hours will vary with our production workload, with the potential for more hours during busy periods. After the initial training period, there is flexibility to arrange working hours around your schedule while meeting production needs and deadlines.
