Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega applications according to the project requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure that the application is running on Pega PRPC.
- Use BPM to manage and control the workflows within the applications.
- Maintain and update the CSSA system as needed.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of the applications to eliminate errors.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega development.
- Proficiency in Pega, PRPC, BPM, and CSSA.
- Previous experience in IT/Internet/Technical industry.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
