We are looking for a agile Enrolment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to prospective and current students, guide applicants through the admissions process, and support enrolment initiatives that help students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist students from the prospect stage through the application stage to arriving on campus.
- Work closely with admissions, student services, program departments, to meet enrolment goals and assist with admissions processes.
- Organize and facilitate the Student Ambassador program and campus tours at the Lloydminster campus.
- Coordinate campus recruitment events such as Open House, Program Information Sessions and Tour Week.




- Work closely with Recruitment Advisors to assist with recruitment travel when needed, high school counselor events, and career fairs.

Job Requirements

- Diploma in a related field
- Five years’ correlating experience
- Strong communicator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work independently and as a team
- Service orientated
- Able to prioritize workload

Additional Information

This is a Full-time Permanent AUPE appointment at the Vermilion campus commencing as soon as possible. The current salary range is $58,144 - $73,275 per year. This appointment includes a generous benefits package and participation in an excellent pension plan. Competition will remain open until the position is filled.
