Overview

WigWam Group / Caspi Service Group North is an Indigenous-owned and operated environmental and restoration company expanding our services into the Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara regions.

As we launch our Hamilton-area operations, we are looking for one of the right people to grow with us.

Experience in environmental services, mold inspection, indoor air quality, restoration, construction, or remediation is an asset — but it is not required. We are prepared to hire the right person with no previous industry experience and provide hands-on training, equipment, tools, and ongoing support.

What You Will Learn & Do The successful candidate will be trained to assist with and eventually independently perform services including:

- Mold inspections and assessments
- Indoor air quality (IAQ) inspections and testing
- Mold air sampling and sample collection
- Operation of professional air-sampling equipment
- Moisture inspections and water-damage assessments
- Mold remediation and environmental cleaning
- HEPA vacuuming and detailed cleaning
- Antimicrobial treatment and application
- Setting up containment and negative-air systems
- Operating HEPA air scrubbers,



dehumidifiers, air movers, and other restoration equipment
- Documentation and photographs of site conditions
- Preparing samples for accredited laboratory analysis
- Following company health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, property managers, businesses, and other clients

Training will be provided. We will provide the necessary specialized equipment and teach the selected employee our procedures and service standards. Who We Are Looking For

You do not need to know everything on your first day. We can teach technical skills.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, disciplined, honest, respectful, organized, and willing to learn.

You must

- Hold a valid Ontario Full G driver’s licence
- Have a good driving record
- Have a reliable personal vehicle
- Be willing to travel throughout Hamilton, Burlington, Niagara and surrounding areas
- Be comfortable performing physical and hands-on work
- Be comfortable working in basements, attics, crawlspaces and other building environments
- Be able to follow detailed procedures and safety requirements
- Be punctual and dependable
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Be willing to continuously learn and develop new skills

Previous experience in mold remediation, restoration,



water damage, construction, environmental services, indoor air quality, property maintenance or similar work is an asset, but not mandatory. Compensation & Growth

This is not intended to be just another hourly job.

We want the person we hire to have an opportunity to grow as our Hamilton-area operation grows.

Compensation includes

Hourly wage + performance-based bonus opportunities of up to 10%

Company-approved business mileage/fuel expenses will be covered in accordance with company policy.

The selected employee will receive training and access to the professional tools and equipment required to perform the work.

As you gain experience and demonstrate that you can independently manage inspections, sampling, remediation projects and customers, there will be opportunities for greater responsibility and earning potential.
