As an Equipment Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of a wide range of dental equipment in clinics and offices. The role requires a strong mechanical and technical aptitude, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining skilled communication with clients and team members.

Job Overview:

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario

Responsibilities

- Install, service, and troubleshoot dental chairs, delivery systems, lights, cabinetry, suction systems, compressors, and other large dental equipment.
- Coordinate with dental office staff, contractors, and internal teams for seamless equipment setup.
- Ensure all installations meet safety, compliance, and manufacturer standards.
- Provide on-site diagnostics and repairs with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate service logs and communicate job status with the service coordinator.




- Travel within the assigned region using a personal vehicle (car allowance provided).
- Represent K-Dental in a professional manner, building trust with clients through excellent service and communication.

Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting tools and materials.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in any of the following: electrical, plumbing, construction, automotive repair, or hydraulics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Task-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service.
- Basic hand tools required; specialized tools and training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in field service or equipment installation is an asset.
- Computer or IT skills (e.g., networking, hardware configuration, software installation) are highly valued and may lead to faster advancement.
- Technical diploma or training in a related field is an advantage but not required.
