Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to inspire language learners and foster their confidence in communicating effectively. Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver interactive ESL lessons that cater to varying proficiency levels and learning styles
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and builds confidence
- Assess student progress regularly through formal and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback
- Incorporate multimedia resources and creative teaching methods to enhance language acquisition
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices




- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student progress reports
- Support students with special educational needs by adapting instructional strategies as needed

Requirements

- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse student populations
- Proven classroom teaching experience, preferably with ESL or language learners of different ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques that foster an inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with students requiring special education accommodations is a plus
- Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications in ESL or education are preferred
- Passion for helping others succeed and a proactive attitude toward professional growth

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
