ESTHETICIAN & LASER TECHNICIAN

Aroma Beauty Spa is looking for a passionate, professional, and client-focused Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Esthetician Services

- Perform a variety of esthetic services, including eyebrow threading, facials, body treatments, and waxing
- Lash lift, Brow Lamination, Microblading, Micro-shading
- Conduct client consultations to understand skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatment aftercare
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive client experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow proper sanitation and sterilization procedures
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and assist with retail sales

Laser Treatments

- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and professionally according to established protocols
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including assessment of skin type, hair characteristics, treatment areas, and suitability for treatment
- Explain the laser treatment process, expectations, potential reactions, and aftercare to clients
- Follow proper laser safety, hygiene, and equipment protocols
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and document treatment settings
- Perform patch tests and follow appropriate treatment protocols
- Provide skilled pre- and post-treatment care instructions
- Ensure the treatment room and laser equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE




- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as an Esthetician
- Experience performing body waxing, facials, threading, and other esthetic services
- Previous laser hair removal experience or training is an asset
- Knowledge of laser safety and treatment protocols
- Strong understanding of sanitation and sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-service skills and a professional attitude
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous retail sales experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on new treatments and techniques
