ESTIMATEUR/TRICE - URGENT

Êtes‑vous un estimateur en construction intermédiaire qui trouve son travail trop exigeant ou stressant ? Possédez‑vous au moins trois ans d'expérience solide en estimation et êtes‑vous prêt à vous orienter vers l'estimation pour un architecte paysagiste/entrepreneur haut de gamme (pensez parcs et résidences de Westmount) ? Notre client, basé à Montréal, est un concepteur et constructeur paysagiste réputé depuis 30 ans. Il est à la recherche d'une personne à former rapidement auprès de l'estimateur qui prendra sa retraite après plusieurs années avec cet employeur. Il recherche donc une personne qui apprend vite, de préférence un ingénieur ou un technologue ou un architecte, capable de prendre la relève au poste d’estimateur, avec une possibilité d’élargissement des responsabilités à l’avenir. Vous devez maîtriser la lecture de CAD et l’utilisation d’Excel, et posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication. Notre client serait ouvert à l'utilisation de nouveaux logiciels d'estimation avancés. Il offre un environnement de travail détendu, au sein d’une entreprise de design et de construction à échelle humaine. Vous devriez visiter des chantiers dans le Grand Montréal environ une fois par mois, pendant quelques heures.

Salaire en fonction de l’expérience, avantages sociaux, horaires flexibles, une journée de télétravail par semaine (peut-être deux jours à l’avenir) pour une semaine de travail de 40 heures et .



Grand stationnement sur place. Deux semaines de vacances payées en fin d’année, en plus des semaines de vacances prises durant l’année.

ESTIMATOR - URGENT

Are you an intermediate construction estimator that finds your work simply too demanding or stressful? Do you have at least 3 years of solid number crunching as an estimator and is willing to pivot to estimating for a high end (we're talking parks and Westmount homes) landscape architect / contractor ? Our client, based in Montreal, is established as a top landscape designer and builder for the last 30 years. They are looking to have someone train asap with the estimator that is due to retire. As such, they are looking for an individual who is quick to learn, preferably an engineer or architect who can take over the role of estimator with possible expansion of the role in the future. You must have fluency in reading Autocad and working on Excel spreadsheets coupled with strong communication skills. Our client would be open to bringing in advanced estimating software. They offer a relaxed atmosphere, in a boutique-style design and build firm. You would visit sites around Greater Montreal maybe one time per month for a few hours.

Salary commensurate with experience plus perks, flex hours, one day work from home per week (possibly 2 days in the future) on a 40-hour work week. Plenty of parking on site. Two weeks paid vacation at the end of the year over and above the weeks vacation during the year.
