ESTIMATOR – CONSTRUCTION

Experience: 5–10 years

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Infraestructure Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of estimating experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project costs, materials, labour, subcontractors, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Review project requirements and identify potential costs and risks
- Prepare bids and proposals within required deadlines
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and management
- Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing information
- Assist with budgeting and cost planning throughout the project
- Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of construction estimating experience




- Strong knowledge of construction materials, labour, and project costs
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with estimating and construction software
- Valid driver's license is an asset
