Medicine Hat College invites applications for casual Invigilators to work a variety of shifts from Monday through Saturday for the period December 2, 2026 to January 10, 2027 with the possibility to extend to the winter exam period (April 30, 2027).

Details:

As a successful applicant you'll have:

- Grade XII
- Previous experience working with the public to administer tests or examinations is beneficial
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- First Aid certificate would be an asset
- Adaptable schedule and ability to deal with varying examination requirements and times

Terms of Employment Term of Appointment: December 2, 2026, to January 10, 2027 (with possibility of extension)

Hours of Work: Up to 35 hours per week, as scheduled

Wage Rate: $20.01 per hour (Start Rate); $21.85 per hour (Job Rate)
