We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Experience Breakfast Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests during breakfast hours, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide attentive service throughout their breakfast experience.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed,
supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items.
- Manage time effectively during busy breakfast hours to serve guests quickly without sacrificing quality or hospitality.
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast or brunch settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic cashiering skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Good math skills for order accuracy and cash handling responsibilities.
- Experience with food industry standards related to serving, upselling, and guest services is a plus.
