Interior Property Management Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join our growing team.

We are seeking a motivated professional with robust accounting and organizational skills who can manage financial records, maintain accurate reporting, and support our expanding property management operations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience OR a CPA designation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous property management accounting experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist with financial reporting for property owners and management.
- Support general accounting and administrative operations.

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Location: Kamloops, BC
