Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Barber to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional grooming services, creating stylish and personalized haircuts and shaves that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. Your expertise in hair styling combined with excellent customer service skills will ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

As an integral part of our team, you will also contribute to retail sales through product recommendations and maintain a clean, sanitized workspace that meets all health standards. Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering expert advice
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness for all tools, equipment, and workstations
- Upsell grooming products and retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments




- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Stay current with the latest haircutting techniques, trends, and industry best practices

Qualifications

- experience as a professional barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in hair styling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a grooming environment
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk
- Retail sales experience is a plus, along with familiarity using point-of-sale systems
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbers or cosmetologists
