Job Overview An established casual fine dining restaurant in Lakefield is looking for an experienced Chef to join our small, close-knit team.

This is a year round position offering approximately 36 hours per week, worked over four days, Wednesday to Saturday.

We are looking for someone with a minimum five years professional kitchen experience who is confident working in a casual fine dining environment and takes pride in the food they prepare.

As we are a small restaurant , with a small team, the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a close quarters where everyone works together and reliability is extremely important.

The ideal candidate will be:

- An experienced Chef with a minimum five years professional kitchen experience
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to their scheduled shifts
- Creative and passionate about producing consistently high quality food




- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the kitchen
- Comfortable working as part of a small close-knit team
- Be organized and able to manage preparation and service effectively
- Experienced in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
- A positive team player who works well with Front Of House, staff, and management
