Compensation: $90,000 base salary plus bonus An established Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced chef who takes pride in exceptional food, consistent execution, and a well-run kitchen.

What you’ll do

- Prepare and present Italian dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Lead the kitchen team during service.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage preparation, inventory, and food waste.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements.

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
- Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Excellent organization and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for hospitality.
- Knowledge of Ontario food safety requirements.
