Heavy Duty Concrete & construction Inc, is looking for a reliable and highly experienced concrete professional to join our team. The successful candidate must have strong experience in concrete forming, carpentry, placing, and finishing. Foreman or crew-lead experience is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

- Build and install concrete forms accurately
- Perform concrete forming and formwork carpentry
- Place, level, smooth, and finish concrete
- Read measurements, plans, and project specifications
- Prepare job sites and materials before concrete placement
- Use concrete and carpentry tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and protected worksite
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Lead or supervise crew members when required
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete construction




- Strong concrete forming and finishing skills
- Experience with carpentry and formwork
- Foreman or supervisory experience is an asset
- Good knowledge of concrete tools, equipment, and construction procedures
- Physically capable of performing demanding construction work
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Able to follow instructions and meet project deadlines
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- A valid driver’s licence

Compensation The starting wage is $30–$45 per hour. The final rate will be confirmed after the applicant’s experience and practical skill level have been assessed. Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
