We are currently seeking an Experienced Excavator Operator - Road Building to join our diverse and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators safely and efficiently for road construction, ditching, drainage, culvert installation, site prep, and material placement
- Work on steep or uneven terrain and in changing weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance issues
- Work well with other operators and ground crews
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace regulations

Qualifications:





- Significant excavator experience, road building or forestry road experience, valid driver’s licence, and a strong safety mindset.
- Safety tickets and relevant certifications are an asset.
- Self-motivated and a team player with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Williams Lake area and possess the skills necessary to excel in this role.
