Become a pivotal part of the City of Port Colborne Library as an Experienced Librarian. This full time role emphasizes collection development and enriching public service experiences. Reporting to the Manager of Library Services, your key role will involve guiding library operations that enhance user access and resource management.

You will coordinate training for staff, evaluate and select library materials, and manage the budget for acquisitions. A reliable vehicle is required to facilitate travel among community locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Support users in finding information and utilizing resources
- Train staff on best practices for library services
- Curate adult and leisure reading collections
- Manage purchasing and coordinate with vendors
- Handle information service desk tasks for public inquiries Requirements:
- M.L.S. degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum one year experience in public libraries
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Proficient in computer and internet usage
