Position: Construction & Renovation Skilled Tradesmen

Location: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cabridge and Guelph

Starting Wage: $ 40.00 per hour

We are seeking experienced renovation and construction tradesmen to join our growing team dedicated to transforming spaces and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. In this role, you will apply your extensive skills in various trades to execute high-quality renovation and construction projects efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Perform construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and framing.
- basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timelines for efficient workflow.




- Maintain a clean and protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols and operating heavy equipment responsibly.

Qualifications

- minimum 3 years of experience in the filed of construction or renovation
- Proven experience in renovation or general construction with a strong understanding of multiple trades.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and project planning.
- Expertise in carpentry, drywall installation, masonry, flooring, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- must have a Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
