Job Title: Experienced Same-Day Courier Driver – Independent Contractor (Own Vehicle Required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: 60% Commission ($600.00 – $1,100.00 per week estimated)About the RoleWe are seeking a fast-paced, highly reliable Independent Contractor (Courier Driver) for time-sensitive, same-day deliveries. This position is strictly for experienced professionals who understand the logistics of hot-shot and on-demand delivery routing.This is not an entry-level delivery gig. You will operate as an Independent Contractor managing your own day-to-day workflow while utilizing our proprietary logistics software to accept, track, and clear manifests.Mandated Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Vehicle Ownership: You must provide your own reliable vehicle for daily operations. The vehicle ownership/registration must be explicitly in your name.
- Tech Literacy: You must be highly comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps. You will be required to download and navigate our specialized dispatch software daily to manage routes, log signatures,



and track payouts.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of dedicated commercial courier, same-day delivery, or route distribution experience is required.

Core Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently execute time-sensitive, same-day courier deliveries across the region.
- Manage a rapid-evolving manifest using our digital dispatch platform.
- Maintain accurate proof of delivery (POD) records, digital signatures, and cargo check-ins via your mobile device.
- Communicate seamlessly with dispatch regarding traffic delays, route changes, or client issues.

Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR/Abstract check required).
- Must own a smartphone with a reliable cellular data plan.
- Strong geographic knowledge of the local area and solid navigation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with commercial and residential clients at drop-off.

Pay: $500.00-$1,000.00 per week Work Location: On the road
