Key Responsibilities:



• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing for all employees • Liaise with Human Resources for employee record integrity • Calculate and process payroll remittances promptly • Prepare payroll-related reports and year-end documents • Ensure compliance with legal payroll requirements

Requirements: • At least 7 years of payroll processing experience • Strong understanding of payroll legislation in Canada and the USA • ERP administration experience, notably within Avanti • Excellent time management and detail orientation • PCP Certification is an advantage
