Your role will encompass assessment, planning, and intervention for optimal function and well-being. Reporting to the Executive Director, you are responsible for assessing residents and developing personalized care strategies. You will implement and monitor therapeutic services that promote independence in daily activities. A focus on ethical practice and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is vital to this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy to residents
- Develop, implement, and assess care plans tailored to individual needs
- Document all relevant therapeutic interactions and progress




- Participate in Resident Care Conferences and evaluations
- Promote an environment of comfort, safety, and respect Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, licensed with the provincial body
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting desired
- Robust documentation and assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
