Key Responsibilities

- Communications with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals.
- Conducting research and analysis of legislation and case law.
- Review and analyze evidence and identify key issues and potential arguments.
- Maintaining accuracy while preparing agreements, pleadings and court materials.
- Preparing for and attending court proceedings.
- File management.

Qualifications and Experience

- 3+ years of post-call experience.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong research skills.
- Effective time management skills.




- Ability to work with a supportive team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when the urgencies arise.
