- Canadian-trained and internationally trained physicians who meet applicable British Columbia licensing requirements
- Physicians seeking a long-term practice opportunity, including candidates relocating to Canada who are prepared to commit to a minimum 1–2 year arrangement
- Physicians comfortable utilizing modern healthcare technologies and adapting to an evolving clinical environment
- Physicians with excellent interpersonal and communication skills




- Physicians who value working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
