The clinic operates within a multidisciplinary healthcare centre offering several complementary services under one roof, creating a convenient and collaborative environment for both physicians and patients.

Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Physician looking to establish or grow a community-based practice within an established Family Health Organization.

The opportunity offers an estimated annual earning potential of $400,000–$500,000 based on approximately 1,200 rostered patients, with the ability to build a full patient roster in under 12 months.

Physicians will have flexibility in structuring their schedule while benefiting from a turnkey clinical environment and extensive administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide comprehensive primary and preventative care to patients across a broad range of ages and healthcare needs
- Diagnose, manage and monitor acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop long-term relationships with a growing roster of patients
- Coordinate care and referrals with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Participate in the Family Health Organization practice model
- Work collaboratively with the broader multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practise medicine in Ontario
- Family medicine training and appropriate Canadian certification or eligibility
- Strong commitment to patient-centred, longitudinal care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in establishing a long-term community-based family practice
