Be a part of Fidelity’s agile team in Toronto as a Change Risk Management Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing the integrity of technology changes through rigorous reviews and controls.

Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, you will conduct independent assessments of technology projects and application releases. Your role is crucial to ensuring that changes are appropriately coded, tested, and validated for operational readiness. Work cross-functionally with development and QA teams to identify and elevate risks, promoting a culture of strong risk management throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Evaluate changes for risk assessment and documentation • Review technical designs and test results for comprehensiveness • Challenge risks with stakeholders and lead remediation efforts • Maintain risk management documentation and reporting • Provide training on risk management protocols

Requirements: • University degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years in technology change management • Expertise in reviewing application code and designs • Familiarity with established risk frameworks • Excellent analytical and project management abilities
