Overview

Seven Lakes Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced, full-time Safety Advisor to champion safe work practices, manage onsite safety programs, and collaborate with corporate safety to maintain an injury-free workplace. Key Responsibilities

· Safety Leadership: Promote safety programs, keep accurate records, and lead monthly safety and toolbox meetings.

· Onsite Compliance: Coordinate workers and management to meet OH&S; requirements, conduct field visits, and inspect machinery/tools to mitigate hazards.

· Incident Management: Participate in incident investigations, contribute to emergency planning, and manage injury cases (both on and off the job).

· Documentation & Digital Tools: Use electronic apps for safety tracking and develop procedures or documentation required by clients or job scopes.

· Administration & Support: Assist with worker onboarding, facilitate duty-specific training, and maintain open communication across departments, clients, and third parties.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Certifications: Valid NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) designation or equivalent.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience on Oil & Gas and Civil Construction sites.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including mandatory advanced Excel knowledge, and experience using digital safety applications.
- Tickets & Licensing:



Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean 3-year commercial driver's abstract, plus valid Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO (Common Safety Orientation), and CSTS 2020.
- Screening: Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and a physical fitness assessment.
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational, data analysis, and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships at all levels and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eligibility: Fully eligible to work in Canada and across multiple site locations.

Working Conditions

- Environment: Mix of office work (sitting for extended periods) and field site visits.
- Hours: Standard hours or shift work; overtime may be required during peak seasons.
- Travel & Availability: Travel to other company locations is required, as well as being on-call for after-hours and weekend coverage when active work is underway.
